A $200 security deposit is required.  if all conditions ar met and there is not damage, the redeposit will be returned to you.  Rental length is for 5 hours and does not include set up or tear down.  

  • $50 for each additional hour, over five hours.
  • $30 additional for use of kitchen (kitchen and all items used must be cleaned after use).
  • $40 additional for hall set up, if requested. 
  • $40 additional for hall tear down, if requested.
  • $40 additional cleanup, if requested. 


If bartender is required, the cost is $10 per hour (4 hour minimum).  Over 75 guests require two bartenders. (Per MLLC requiremments and our insurance policy.)  All alchohol must be purchased through the Legion Post and dispensed by our bartenders.  A signed hall rental agreement must be on file for all rentals.
